dynamite!!

Has anyone heard of the "dynamite shoot"? It's a phenomenon held in small towns in the west. It's held as a fundraiser for the fire departments. Dynamite is set up at various distances and people pay to take a shot at it. If they make a successful shot - well - you know what happens with dynamite!!!! Then the shooter wins half the pot. Vere has wanted to participate, and this year he finally made it. He shot at the dynamite set 500 yards away and as you can see, he hit it. Luckily it was far enough away (ha-ha) that he wasn't blown up and he won $35 and, most importantly, the hat. Congratulations, Shooter Vere!!
