sprinkling system

All this time we've kept our little patches of grass alive by constant watering by moving hoses around by hand.  It's not much of a problem except if we want to both be gone for longer than three days.  Since we'll be gone for about 10 days this summer, Vere came up with the idea of setting up a sprinkling system.  His friend, Ken, had some pipe and they worked all one day in 95o weather setting this up.  Since the water pressure isn't strong enough, the front or back can be watered in 2 settings.  When we get back, the plan is to bury the pipes and put it on timers.
