I just wanted you to appreciate the snow we had on December 7. Notice the huge circle of snow on our little deck table. The back yard is very pretty, and the snow is very deep in the front. The snow will be on the front lawn for a long time as the sun doesn't touch that part at all. Vere wasn't feeling well all day Tuesday so I got out and swept the deepest snow off the sidewalk and driveway. Then I drove the car around and around the driveway to pack the snow down to make sure I could drive for the next few days. We're supposed to be having very cold temps till Saturday. Our friend, Roseanne, who teaches school said this is the first "snow day" at school she can ever remember. This is our third snow fall this winter, in Moab where it hardly snows in the valley. Where am I after all?!!!, Chicago?
