My friend opened a quilt shop here in town and asked me if I'd sew together a quilt out of her fabric to hang in the shop. She can then show off some of her fabric plus maybe sell cut up kits. This pattern is called "Graduation Plaid" from the magazine I found it in. I worked harder than usual to match up the points but still it was fairly easy to put together. I like the double border, adds a nice touch. I plan to make another for myself using different fabric in each block and put it together totally random.
