My friend Debbie has a dog named Sammy and this is her quilt, "The Faces of Sammy". I did two blocks for the quilt, the top left and the bottom right. The one with the green glasses is in honor of the trip we took together to New York. We had each gotten the glasses and on our first guild meeting after the trip, we put them on and carried on normally. As everyone saw what we had on, they laughed and laughed. I thot this would be a perfect addition to Sammy's face.
